  • 1. Understand AI boundaries in HR, learn to structure raw HR data & use AI to classify feedback into themes and generate performance/engagement tags per employee.
  • 2. Build a live Employee Pulse Tracker with performance bands, peer feedback tracking, and engagement indicators and how it can be automated for email or Slack summaries.

12:15 PM – 13:00 PM | AI Across HR – Possibilities Through Real Flows

  • 1. Capture real HR challenges, use AI to identify key use cases, and map them across HR stages (hiring, performance, engagement, ops) with Input → Trigger → Output workflows.
  • 2. See practical HR automation examples with Make/Gumloop and learn to interpret them in HR-friendly, non-technical language.

13:30 PM – 14:30 PM | AI For Hiring – JD To Shortlist & Follow-Up

  • 1. Build a repeatable, AI-driven hiring pattern—from JD to rubric to ranked shortlist—with structured, manager-ready feedback highlighting strengths, gaps, and interview focus areas.
  • 2. Understand the reusable hiring logic (Input → Interpretation → Output) and how it can be packaged into AI hiring assistants (Custom GPTs, Gems, Copilots) for consistent hiring across roles.

14:30 PM – 15:15 PM | Breakout 1 – Automation Use Cases For HR & Engagement

  • 1. Participants are split into breakout rooms to discuss real HR challenges, use AI to identify top automation opportunities, and learn to structure them into Input → Trigger → Output workflows for practical HR improvements in a shared document.
  • 2. Explore and document AI tools used in HR by sharing experiences with your peers. You’ll learn which tools exist, what they’re useful for, and how they can support tasks without needing to demo or use them in the same shared document.
  • 3. Groups share their top HR automation idea (4 - 5 minutes each) and AI tool insight, creating a crowd-sourced reference of practical workflows and tools for HR.

15:15 PM – 16:00 PM | Designing Your Performance & Engagement Signals System

  • 1. Decide which HR signals matter most by strengthening performance, engagement, and peer review signals—using trends, participation, and patterns as early warnings rather than scores.
  • 2. Understand how HR signals are orchestrated by learning the Input → Trigger → Output logic and how pulse trackers or HRIS data can feed AI summaries and segmented alerts.
  • Mini Exercise: Identify 2–3 signals you can start tracking immediately in your own organisation.
Session 6

16:00 PM – 17:00 PM | Breakout 2 – AI Roadmaps, Capstones & Next 30 Days

  • 1. Select one priority HR use case and define a clear v1 scope with constraints, success metrics, and a 30–60 day plan.
  • 2. Use AI to create and present a leadership-ready capstone deck , with mentor feedback on focus and feasibility.
