  • 4. Apply prompt patterns that reduce bias and avoid proxy variables.

  • 2. Turn recruiter call notes into clean CRM entries and next-step checklists.
  • 3. Generate interview confirmations, polite rejections, and offer-stage comms with consistent tone and legal-safe phrasing.
  • 4. Create a follow-up cadence plan (who, when, what to send) you can execute manually from your email/calendar.
  • 5. Prompt blocks for multi-language variants and inclusive, bias-aware wording.

02:30 – 3:30 | HR Policy, Compliance & Employee Helpdesk Drafting

  • 1. Convert policy/handbook sections into clear Q&A pairs (eligibility, process, examples, edge cases).
  • 2. Draft consistent, reference-backed replies to common queries (leave, benefits, reimbursements) that a human can paste/send.
  • 3. Prepare exception-handling templates: what to collect, what not to collect, and how to word “needs more info.”
  • 4. Generate compliance artefacts: notice templates, consent language, retention notes, and audit logs—without uploading sensitive data.
  • 5. Guardrail prompts to avoid over-promising, legal misstatements, or exposing PII.

  • 1. Produce role-based 30/60/90 plans from a JD + manager notes (outcomes, milestones, check-ins).
  • 2. Create personalised learning paths with reading lists, internal links, and manager/buddy prompts.
  • 3. Generate micro-quizzes and reflection prompts to validate understanding (answer keys included).
  • 4. Draft welcome packs: day-1 checklist, access requests, buddy intro notes—ready to paste into email or docs.
